Delivery Policy

Within Australia

All books ordered will be processed within 2 business days after payment. Shipping is with Australian Post Registered Postage. Items should be received within 5-7 business days. If items have not been received within that time please contact Oceanic Imagery Publications, and we make enquiries to track your ordered book(s).

Outside Australia

All books ordered will be processed within 2 business days after payment. Shipping is with Australian Post Registered Postage International. Ordered books should be received within 5-7 business days etc etc

Refunds and Returns Policy

Oceanic Imagery will refund or exchange goods, provided they are in resalable condition. Faulty, misbound, or shipped in error items may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase.

The cost of returning any product to Oceanic Imagery Publications is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is misbound or faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs. Freight charges are not refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.
