Troy’s images have appeared in numerous magazines, books, newspapers, advertisements, and stock libraries, and websites around the world.
Troy considers himself very lucky to have enjoyed the experiences with Wally and the gang over the 5 years it has taken him to write and photograph all the books in the Wally series.
“Wally is like a best friend to me. To have the trust of a wild animal like I have from Wally is very special. We have had some amazing times together over the years. I love Wally and I’m indebted to him for allowing me to photograph him as I’ve done. I hope that children all over the world will enjoy the books and share the laughs and adventures with this incredible animal, as I have done. We can all learn from nature and I hope my books will be able to teach generations of children to come, about life and about nature.”
In conjunction with Mary MacKillop East Timor (MMET), Troy has helped establish the “Mary MacKillop Literacy Fund". Proceeds from the sale of “Sorry Wally” will be donated to share the gift of reading.
By purchasing this book you will help Troy and MMET to place Sorry Wally in every school and library in East Timor to improve the countries extremely low literacy rate.
